Abstract (Croatian)
U sklopu diplomskoga rada bilo je potrebno konstruirati uređaj za rektifikaciju etanola koji razdvaja etanol od vode kako bi se postigla određena koncentracija etanola u smjesi. Proces se provodi kontinuirano. Potrebno je bilo prvo odrediti odgovarajući proces te ga optimizirati. Rad sadrži termodinamički proračun svih elemenata uređaja i proračun čvrstoće grijalice. Za pogon grijalice služi suhozasićena para tlaka 5 bara, a za hlađenje destilata u kondenzatoru rashladna voda početne temperature 15°C.
Abstract
In this study it was necessary to construct a device for rectification of ethanol from water to achieve a certain concentration of ethanol in the mixture. The process is carried out continuously. It was necessary first, to determine the appropriate process and then optimize it. The study contains thermodynamic calculation of all elements of the device and the strength calculation of boiler. For the operation of the boiler is used saturated steam with pressure of 5 bar, and for cooling of the distillate in the condenser, cooling water initial temperature of 15° C.
