Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu obrađene su osnove elektroplinskog zavarivanja, varijante postupka te oprema, parametri, elektrode i zaštitni plinovi koji se koriste. Detaljno je opisana klasifikacija elektroda za EPZ. Razmotrene su promjene strukture metala zavara i ZUT-a zbog visokih unosa topline te njihov utjecaj na mehanička svojstva. Na kraju teorijskog dijela su opisani problemi kod zavarivanja te karakteristične greške i njihovi uzroci. Eksperimentalni dio se sastojao od zavarivanja ploča čelika S235JR sa žicom za zavarivanje G3Si1 u zaštiti 100% CO2 i 82% Ar/18% CO2 te ispitivanja koja su se sastojala od vizualne kontrole, makroanalize, mjerenja tvrdoće i ispitivanja udarne radnje loma. Na kraju je dan operativni okvir parametara zavarivanja za konstrukcijski čelik debljine 10 mm.

Abstract

This paper covers basics of electrogas welding along with variations of process, equipment, process variables, electrodes and shielding gases used. Specification for electrodes for EGW is described in detail. Due to high heat input, changes in metal weld structure and in heat affected zone are discussed, as well as their effect on mechanical properties. The first part of this paper also deals with problems encountered in electrogas welding and with typical geometric imperfections and their causes. The experimental part consisted of S235JR structural steel plates welding with G3Si1 solid wire and in 100% CO2 and 82% Ar/18% CO2 shielding atmosphere and inspections that consisted of visual inspection, microscopic examination of welds, measurement of hardness and impact test. At the end of this paper there is the operational framework of the welding variables for structural steel of thickness 10 mm.
