Abstract (Croatian)

Lijevanje je proizvodni postupak kod kojeg se tekući materijal ulijeva u kalup u kojem se nalazi kalupna šupljina željenog oblika, a zatim se ostavi da se skrutne. U teoretskom dijelu rada navedeni su i opisani postupci lijevanja i kalupljenja. Također su opisani svi dijelovi uljevnog sustava, te način na koji se proračunava. Izrađeno je više varijanti uljevnog sustava, te su provedene simulacije lijevanja i skrućivanja u simulacijskom programu QuikCAST. Izrađeni su kalupi od svježe kalupne mješavine te su u njih lijevani stvarni odljevci od aluminijske legure.

Abstract

Casting is a manufacturing process in which a liquid material is usually poured into a mold, which contains a hollow cavity of the desired shape, and then allowed to solidify. In the theoretical part of the work, casting and molding processes are listed and described. Parts of the gating system are also described and the way they are designed. Several variants of gating system were designed and simulation of filling and solidification was carried out using the simulation software QuikCAST. Green sand molds were produced in which real aluminium alloy castings were cast.
