Abstract (Croatian)
Ovaj rad će se baviti temom smanjenja transportnog intenziteta radnog mjesta montaže i reorganizacijom skladišnog prostora u proizvodnom poduzeću DOK-ING. Na početku će rada ukratko biti govora o proizvodnom poduzeću, bit će dana teorijska podloga i analizirano postojeće stanje skladišnih lokacija. U idućem koraku odredit će se transportni intenzitet procesa montaže za reprezentativni proizvod MV-10 i predložiti određena poboljšanja. Formirat će se nekoliko modela rasporeda skladišnog prostora i iscrpnom analizom odrediti najbolji i najrealniji s obzirom na trenutna ograničenja i upute. Također će biti uzeti u obzir posebni zahtjevi vezani uz skladišni prostor, ali i ponuđena rješenja za neke postojeće probleme i nedoumice. Osim na skladišta vezana uz prostor montaže, pažnja će biti usmjerena i na ostala skladišta proizvodnog poduzeća. Dobivene promjene i izabran model bit će detaljno prezentirani, analizirani i vrednovani.
Abstract
Main subject of this paper is reduction in transportation intensity of assembly workplace and reorganization of storage capacity in production company DOK-ING. At the begging of the paper short introduction of company and theoretical background will be given, furthermore current status of storage places will be analyzed. Next step will be finding current transportation intensity of assembly workplace for representational product MV-10 and some improvements will be suggested. Few storage models will be made and conducting comprehensive analysis and keeping in mind restrictions and instructions, best and most realistic model will be pointed out. In conclusion will be taken some special requirements will be taken, also some solutions for existing problems and doubts will be suggested. Except on storage spaces connected with assembly workplace, something will be said about other storage spaces of production company, which are not necessary in relation. Obtained solutions and changes will be presented, analyzed and graded in detail.
