Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom diplomskom radu obrađen je postupak aditivne proizvodnje s električnim lukom i žicom (eng. WAAM – Wire and Arc Additive Manufacturing). Rad se sastoji od teorijskog i eksperimentalnog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu obrađena je aditivna proizvodnja općenito te je dan pregled dosadašnjih spoznaja i istraživanja u području WAAM-a, od povijesnog razvoja preko problematike procesa do mogućnosti i optimizacije procesa. Također su prikazani materijali i postupci zavarivanja koji su prisutni kod WAAM-a. Na kraju teorijskog dijela dan je literaturni pregled dosadašnji primjena WAAM postupka na različitim materijalima i s različitim postupcima zavarivanja. U eksperimentalnom dijelu opisana je oprema za zavarivanje i materijal koji se koristio pri izradi zidova. Zavarivanje zidova provedeno je robotom Almega OTC AX V6 s MAG postupkom u Laboratoriju za zavarivanje. Izvedena su 3 zida, 1 izveden kratkim spojevima, druga 2 izvedena impulsnim strujama s različitim brzinama zavarivanja. Dobiveni zidovi su izrezani i pripremljeni za analizu geometrije i mjerenje tvrdoće. Dobiveni podaci su analizirani te su doneseni zaključci o utjecaju parametara zavarivanja i načina prijenosa metala na geometriju zidova.

Abstract

This thesis describes process of Wire and Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM). The thesis consists of theoretical and experimental part. In theoretical part Additive Manufacturing is described generally and it is given an overview of current knowledge and research of WAAM. Overview is given from historical development and process problems to the possibilities and process optimization. Materials and welding processes for WAAM are also defined. At the end of theoretical part is the list of literature and description of the examples of WAAM on different materials and with different welding processes. In experimental part welding equipment and applied materials for welding walls are described. Welding walls are preformed with robot Almega OTC AX V6 with MAG in Laboratory for welding. Three walls are built, one with short arc and two with pulsed arc with different welding speeds. Welded walls are cut and prepared for analysis of geometry and measurement of hardness. The data were analyzed and conclusions made on the effect of welding parameters and modes of transmission of metal on the geometry of the walls.
