Abstract (Croatian)

Izrada CNC glodalice od samih početaka činila se kao jako zanimljiv projekt. Konačni cilj izrade bio je taj da se bilo koja tiskana pločica ili neki drugi predmet može vrlo jednostavno i precizno izraditi kod kuće, bez plaćanja vrlo skupe obrade materijala na nekom sličnom stroju u nekoj firmi. U ovom diplomskom radu detaljno je opisana mehanička konstrukcija i njeno modeliranje u CAD programu, izvršeni su proračuni naprezanja prema kojima su potom odabrani pojedini dijelovi konstrukcije. Motor alata za glodanje snage je 300W što je i više nego dovoljno za izradu tiskanih pločica ili glodanje nekih drvenih ili plastičnih predmeta. Za posmično gibanje obratka, tu su Nema23 motori koji svojom snagom od 75W pokreću trapezna vretena i time ostvaruju linearna gibanja na stroju. Električni ispravljači potrebni za napajanje tih motora smješteni su na dnu glodalice zajedno sa svim kontrolerima motora i ostalom elektronikom. U radu je opisano na koji način se iz prethodno dizajnirane tiskane pločice mogu izvuci podaci potrebni za njeno izrađivanje. Ti podaci su zapravo takozvani G-kôd koji se čitajući iz SD kartice na mikrokontroleru pretvara u signale koji pomoću troosnog kontrolera motora upravljaju svim motorima i postepeno izrađuju tiskanu pločicu ili neki drugi predmet.

Abstract

From the beginning, the idea of designing and making an CNC milling machine seemed to be a very interesting project. Final goal of making it was to enable simple and precise manufacturing of printed circuit boards and some other products at home. By this way, the need to hire very expensive services of highly specialized and sophisticated companies, that normally produce such products, would be unnecessary. This document describes in detail entire design, calculations of different loads, presentation of the model in CAD and manufacturing of the CNC milling machine. Milling motor has 300 W of power, which is far enough for the purpose of production of PCBs and other wooden and plastic objects. In addition, three "Nema 23" motors of 75 W power, serve for linear motion of the object that is under milling procedure. These motors drive trapezoid shafts for the purpose of linear movement. Electrical rectifiers required for power supply of the motors are installed at the bottom of the frame together with all electronic controllers and circuit boards. This document describes the way of making PCBs based on available data from PCB design software. These data, known as G-code, are read from SD cards on micro controller and converted to signals for driving all motors on this CNC machine by stepper 3-way controller for the purpose of manufacturing PCBs and other objects.
