Abstract (Croatian)
U okviru ovog diplomskog rada razmatrano je preseljenje postojeće hidrauličke kočnice SCHENCK D 400 – 1e za ispitivanje motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem iz postojeće kabine, koja se nalazi u Laboratoriju za motore i vozila, Fakulteta strojarstva i brodogradnje u novu zvučno izoliranu kabinu u kontejnerskoj izvedbi opremljenom odgovarajućom opremom. Smještaj ispitne kabine u kontejnerskog predviđen je u sjevernom dvorištu ispred zgrade Laboratorija za motore i vozila. Idejno rješenja ispitne kabine, koja je dimenzionirana prema vrsti odabrane kočnice za ispitivanje motora, uključuje razradu svih osnovnih elemenata koji omogućuju samostalno funkcioniranje sustava – konstruktivnog sustava, temeljne ploče, panela za zvučnu izolaciju kabine, sustava za hlađenje kočnice, ventilacijskog sustava te sustava napajanja električnom energijom. Za odabrano rješenje, izrađen je 3d model u programskom paketu SolidWorks te procjena troškova , koja može poslužiti za sve detaljnije razrade potencijalnog projekta ovakvog tipa.
Abstract
Main subject of this thesis was possible relocation of the existing hydraulic brake SCHENCK D 400 - 1e intended for testing internal combustion engine from an existing test cell, which is curruntly located in the Laboratory for engines and vehicles, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. It should be relocated in new soundproof container equipped with adequate performance equipment and situated in the northern courtyard in front of the Laboratory for engines and vehicles. Preliminary design of the test cell, which is dimensioned according to the selected type of brake for engine testing, includes the elaboration of the basic elements that enable independent functioning of the system - the structural system, the test bed, panels for sound insulation, brake cooling system, the ventilation system and the system of power energy. For the chosen solution, 3D model was made using SolidWorks software package. Also, the cost estimate was made, which can be used for more detailed design of the potential project of this type.
