Abstract (Croatian)

Termodinamička analiza energetskog dijela rafinerijskog postrojenja se sastoji od proračuna svih rafinerijskih peći i kotlova na otpadnu toplinu. Opisani su procesi rafinacije nafte i karakteristike pojedinih rafinerijskih peći. Proračun se sastoji od određivanja toplinskih tokova, temperatura dimnih plinova, masenih protoka te iskoristivosti postrojenja. Karakteristike pojedinih segmenata postrojenja su prikazane u odgovarajućim dijagramima. Tijekom izrade sheme i simulacije korišten je program UniSim Design R430. Rezultati simulacije su uspoređeni s rezultatima ručnog proračuna, te su izneseni razlozi odstupanja u pojedinim segmentima.

Abstract

Thermodynamic analysis of the energy part of the refinery plant is composed of the calculation of fired heater and waste heat boilers. Described of petroleum refining and characteristics of individual fired heaters. The calculation consists of determining heat flows, flue gas temperature, mass flow and efficiency of the plant. Characteristics of particular segments of the plant are shown in the diagrams. During the preparation of the scheme and the simulation program was used UniSim Design R430. The simulation results are compared with the results of manual calculation, and presents the reasons deviations in certain segments.
