Abstract (Croatian)

U diplomskom radu su ispitani alati za ručnu obradu drva brušenjem. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog i eksperimentalnog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu su opisani postupci obrade, dok je u eksperimentalnom dijelu prikazano ispitivanje na uzorcima. Ispitana su četiri uzorka obrađena različitim toplinskim obradama. Ispitani uzorci obrađeni su metodama nitrokarburiranja u solnoj kupki, nitriranja u plazmi, te presvlačenja PACVD postupkom presvlakama titan nitrida (TiN) i titan karbon nitrida (TiCN). Na uzorcima su ispitani gubitak mase prilikom korozije, mikrotvrdoća te mikrostruktura i debljina nitriranog sloja i prevlaka. Na temelju rezultata ispitivanja, najbolja svojstva su postignuta kod ispitnih uzoraka nitrokarburiranih u solnoj kupki Tenifer te kod uzorka prevučenih PACVD postupkom TiN prevlakom.

Abstract

In the graduate thesis properties of nitrided and coated hand tools for wood grinding were tested. The thesis is comprised out of two parts. In the first, theoretical, part methods of surface heat treatment are presented. The second, experimental, part deals with tests conducted on samples. Heat treatments used on hand tools were salt bath nitrocarburizing, plasma nitriding and PACVD coating with TiN and TiCN coats. The samples were tested for loss of mass due to corrosion, microhardness, microstructure, and nitride depth and coat thickness. According to the test results, best properties are reached with samples treated in nitrocarburizing salt bath Tenifer and with samples with PACVD TiN coating.
