Abstract (Croatian)
Dosadašnji tijek operativnoga zahvata augmentacije grebena zahtijevao je 2 otvaranja pacijenta. Jedno otvaranje služilo je za umatanje koštanog praha i titanske mrežice koja taj prah oblikuje i štiti, dok je drugo otvaranje služilo za vađenje same mrežice. Prijedlog modificiranoga operativnoga zahvata sastoji se od izrade zaštitne mrežice od biorazgradivih polimera aditivnim tehnologijama. Pošto će se mrežica razgraditi u tijelu pacijenta nema potrebe za sekundarnim otvaranjem.
Abstract
Current operation of bone augmentation consists of two separate operations. In first procedure dentist would add bone powder and titanum mesh to boneless area and in second operation mesh is removed. Proposition of modificated operation consists of designing and manufacturing biodegradable polymer mesh by additive technology. Becouse the mesh is resorbed in the body there is no need for second operation.
