Abstract (Croatian)

Konstruiran je uređaj za uparivanje soka od rajčice. Uparivač je dvostupanjski s recirkulacijom. Za uređaj je zadano da ima iste uparivačke jedinice prvog i drugog stupnja. Provedena je analiza potrošnje energije za proizvodnju jednog kilograma ugušćenog soka rajčice. Za odabrane temperature uparivanja u oba stupnja određena je optimalna koncentracija suhe tvari na izlazu iz prvog i ulazu u drugi stupanj. Proveden je termodinamički proračun i proračun čvrstoće izmjenjivača topline, kao i pad tlaka u pojedinom djelu uređaja. Rad sadrži radioničke crteže svih dijelova izmjenjivača te sklopni crtež. Uz to prikazana je i shema spajanja i regulacije uređaja sa prikazanim protocima, koncentracijama i temperaturama na pojedinom djelu uređaja.

Abstract

Evaporator of tomato juice is designed. The evaporator is a two-stage type with recirculation. Device need to have the same units of first and second degree. An analysis of energy consumption for production of one kilogram of thickened tomato juice was conducted. The optimum concentration at the outlet of the first and input of the second stage for the evaporating on the selected temperatures is determined. Thermodynamic and strength calculation of heat exchangers and pressure drop in a particular part of the device was conducted. The work includes manufacturing drawings of all parts of the exchanger, and conceptual design. Additionally there is shown connection and control of device with the indicated flow rates, concentrations and temperatures on each part of the device.
