Abstract (Croatian)

U sklopu završnog rada preddiplomskog dijela studija strojarstva projektiran je laboratorijski uređaj za ukapljivanje zraka po Lindeu. U prvom dijelu rada je dan pregled termodinamičkih osnova nužnih za razumijevanje postupaka ukapljivanja temeljem Joule-Thomsonovog efekta. Nakon toga je slijedila analiza kojom su određeni optimalni radni parametri za zadane ulazne podatke na način da se rad potreban za kompresiju svodio na iscrpak zraka te tražio optimum. Na temelju radnih parametara konstruiran je koaksijalni izmjenjivač topline u kojem se topla struja zraka hladi ranije prigušenim zrakom u protustruji i zatim prigušuje u dva stupnja. Za pojedine dijelove izmjenjivača je napravljen i proračun čvrstoće. U prilogu rada se nalaze i sklopni crteži pojedinih cjelina te sklopni crtež cijelog uređaja.

Abstract

As a part of bachelor's degree thesis in mechanical engineering Linde air liquefier has been designed. In the first part of thesis were given thermodynamical basics which are necessary to understand gas liquefaction based upon Joule-Thomson effect. Then followed the analysis where optimal operating parameters were determined for given input by optimization of compression work divided by air extraction ratio. The coaxial heat exchanger based on operating parameters was designed in which warm air is being cooled down in counterflow by air which was earlier throttled. Previously cooled air is then subjected to two stage throttling. Strength analysis was made for specific parts of the heat exchanger. In attachment are drawings of subassesemlys together with assembly drawing of apparatus.
