Abstract (Croatian)
Zadatak ovog rada je izraditi nastavnu maketu sustava kuglice na ploči na kojoj će se moći eksperimentalno provjeravati napredni algoritmi regulacije. Nastavna maketa se sastoji od konstrukcijskih elemenata, dva antagonistička para pneumatskih mišića, dva proporcionalna ventila, zaslona osjetljivog na dodir i žiroskopa. U zadatku je bilo potrebno odabrati senzore koji će se koristiti za mjerenje varijabli stanja, izraditi tiskanu pločicu sa kojom će se upravljati proporcionalnim ventilima i pneumatskim mišićima i rezultate eksperimentalno provjeriti na nastavnoj maketi.
Abstract
Theme of this thesis is to make a teaching model of the 'Ball and plate system', on which could be able to experimentally verify advanced control algorithms. Teaching model consists of construction, two antagonistic pair of pneumatic muscles, two proportional directional control valves, touchscreen and gyroscope. In this thesis it needs to be chosen which sensors shall be used to measure different state variables, printed circuit board needs to be done which will be used to control proportional directional control valves and pneumatic muscles and results shall be experimentally checked on the teaching model.
