Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu ispitan je utjecaj zaštitnog plina na značajke zavarivanja austenitnih čelika. U teorijskom dijelu dani su osnovni podatci o TIG postupku zavarivanja, zavarljivosti visokolegiranih Cr-Ni čelika i stanicama za TIG zavarivanje. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provedeno je zavarivanje uzoraka TIG postupkom s dva različita zaštitna plina i s četiri različite brzine zavarivanja. Osnovni je materijal austenitni nehrđajući čelik oznake AISI 304 debljine 4 mm, a dodatni materijal nije korišten. Nakon zavarivanja pripremljeni su makroizbrusci na kojima je provedeno ispitivanje koje je korišteno za donošenje zaključaka o utjecaju zaštitnog plina na profil i površinski izgled navara.

Abstract

This thesis describes the effect of the shielding gases on geometry and appearance of austenite stainless steels. The theoretical part gives some basic information about the TIG welding process, weldability of high Cr-Ni steel and stations for TIG welding. The experimental part is carried out with TIG welding process using two different shielding gases and four different welding speed. The basic material is austenite stainless steel AISI 304, 4 mm thick, and the filler material was not used. After welding macro specimens were prepared and tested and used to draw conclusions about the about the impact of the shielding gas on parameters TIG welds.
