Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom završnom radu je prezentirana svrha i način izrade x̅ - R kontrolne karte, te su definirane karakteristične pogreške kontrolnih karata, (pogreške tipa I i II). Opisan je način intrepertacije nekih trendova koji mogu dovesti proces van kontrole, iako se trenutno sve točke nalaze unutar granica kontrole. Također je definirana izrada kontrolne karte i način izračuna granica kontrolne karte u situacijama kada broj uzoraka nije konstantan. Prema JCGM 100:2008, Vrednovanje mjernih podataka - Upute za iskazivanje mjerene nesigurnosti opisan je postupak procjene mjerne nesigurnosti i razlozi zbog kojih se procjenjuje. Opisani su načini procjene standardnih mjernih nesigurnosti, te je dan izvod mjerne nesigurnosti za uzorke, te granice kontrolnih karata. Redefiniran je način izrade x̅ - R kontrolne karte uzimajući u obzir mjerne nesigurnosti, te je opisan utjecaj na pogreške tipa I i II. Prikazan je način izračuna vjerojatnosti da će proces biti izvan kontrole neovisno o položaju uzorka na kontrolnoj karti. Na temelju zadanog primjera je izrađena x̅ - R kontrolna karte bez uključene mjerne nesigurnosti i kontrolna karta s uključenom nesigurnosti, pri čemu je komentiran i naveden zaključak na kraju ovog rada.

Abstract

In this final paper the purpose and method of making x̅ - R control charts is presented, and characteristic errors of control charts, type I and II errors are definded. Interpretation is described for trends that can lead the process out of control even when all samples are within boundaries of control chart. Also presented is the development of charts and the method of calculating the new boundaries in situations where the number of samples is not constant. According to JCGM 100:2008, Vrednovanje mjernih podataka - Upute za iskazivanje mjerene nesigurnosti estimation of measurement uncertainty is presented along with reasons for it's estimation. Methods for estimation of measurement uncertainty is described, as well as estimation of uncertainties for samples, and boundaries of control chart. The way of making x̅ - R control charts is redefined taking into account the measurment uncertainty and the impact on type I and II errors has been described. Method of calculating the probability that the process will be out of control regardless of the position of the sample on the control chart is also presented. Based on the set example x̅ - R chart is made first without the measurement uncertainty, then with included. Brief review and the conclusion are given at the end of this paper.
