Abstract (Croatian)

U okviru ovog rada, opisan je pregled odstupanja od oblika, orijentacije, položaja i netočnosti okretanja te su opisane metode mjerenja navedenih geometrijskih odstupanja. Zatim je detaljno opisan sustav tolerancija oblika, orijentacije, položaja i netočnosti okretanja prema zahtjevima norme ISO 1101:2012 (Geometrical product specifications (GPS) -- Geometrical tolerancing -- Tolerances of form, orientation, location and run-out), koja definira pravila navođenja tolerancija oblika, orijentacije, položaja i netočnosti okretanja u tehničkoj dokumentaciji proizvoda. Opisani su potrebni uvjeti na minimum i maksimum materijala prema zahtjevima norme HRN EN ISO 2692:2014 (Geometrical product specifications (GPS) -- Geometrical tolerancing -- Maximum material requirement (MMR), least material requirement (LMR) and reciprocity requirement (RPR)), te je prikazan primjer proračuna parametara potrebnih za funkcionalnost provrta i osovine u skladu sa normom ISO 2692:2014. U okviru ovog rada, na realnom proizvodnom uzorku korištenjem trokoordinatnog mjernog uređaja, provedeno je mjerenje zadanih značajki odstupanja od oblika, orijentacije i položaja.

Abstract

In this paper is described the review of deviation of form, orientation, location and run-out, and the methods of measuring mentioned geometric tolerances. Then is described in detail the system tolerance of form, orientation, location and run-out according to norm ISO 1101:2012 (Geometrical product specifications (GPS) -- Geometrical tolerancing -- Tolerances of form, orientation, location and run-out), which defines rules how to quote the stated tolerance of form, orientation, location and run-out in technical product documentation. There is describe the necessary conditions on the minimum and maximum material according to the requirements of ISO 2692: 2014 (Geometrical product specifications (GPS) - Geometrical tolerancing - Maximum material requirement (MMR), least material requirement (LMR) and reciprocity requirement (RPR)). Following the description is shown an example of calculating parameters needed for the functionality of the bore and shaft in accordance with ISO 2692: 2014. In this paper, on the real production sample, using coordinate measuring machine – CMM, conducted measurements of default features deviations of form, orientation and location.
