Abstract (Croatian)

U okviru ovog završnog rada objašnjeni su utjecajni parametri koji utječu na svojstva ulja kao što su: degradacija ulja, starenje ulja, oksidacijska stabilnost ulja, termička stabilnost ulja, korozijska stabilnost ulja, hidrolitička stabilnost ulja. Prikazane su neke od metoda koje se koriste za utvrđivanje navedenih parametara. Nakon utvrđivanja utjecajnih parametara koji djeluju na motorno ulje može se pratiti promjena svojstava ulja tijekom upotrebe i donijeti zaključke o starosti ulja. Eksperimentalni dio obuhvaća analizu 12 uzoraka motornog ulja, od čega je 6 uzoraka svježeg (sirovog) ulja, 4 uzorka rabljenog motornog ulja koje je bilo u eksploataciji te 2 uzoraka sa 10 % masenog udjela motornog benzina i 10 % masenog udjela dizelskog goriva.Na temelju analize i pokusa utvrđeni su neki od parametara degradacije te doneseni zaključci o stupnju degradiranosti motornog ulja.

Abstract

In this bachelor thesis are the influential parameters that affect the properties of the oil explained, such as the degradation of oil, oil aging, the oxidation stability of oil, the thermal stability of oil, the corrosion stability of oil, the hydrolytic stability of oil. Some of the methods used for determining these parameters are shown. After establishing of the influential parameters that affect the engine oil, changes of the properties of the oil during use can be monitored and conclusions about the age of the oil can be made. The experimental part includes an analysis of 12 motor oil samples of which 6 are samples of fresh (raw) oil, 4 are samples of used motor oil that has been in exploitation and 2 are samples with 10% mass fraction of gasoline and 10% mass fraction of diesel fuel. Some parameters of degradation and drawn conclusions on the degree of degradation of engine oil were determined and based on the analysis and experiments.
