Abstract (Croatian)
Savijanje cijevi važan je tehnološki proces, a trošenje alata za savijanje je važan parametar tog procesa. Svaka industrija prilagođava postojeće tehnologije svojim zahtjevima. Tvrtka Oprema d.d. zamijenila je brončane alate za savijanje poliamidnima kako bi se eliminirala potreba za podmazivanjem koje nije prihvatljivo u njihovoj grani industrije. U ovom radu analizirano je trošenje brončanog i poliamidnih alata za savijanje cijevi te je provedeno eksploatacijsko ispitivanje na poliamidnim alatima kako bi se odredilo ima li materijal cijevi koja se savija utjecaj na trošenje. Također su provedene SEM, EDS i metalografska analiza brončanog alata s ciljem otkrivanja točne vrste materijala.
Abstract
Tube bending is an important technological process and therefore the wear of tube bending tools is an important parameter of that process. Every industry modifies existing technologies to fit its needs. A company named Oprema d.d. switched its bronze tube bending tools with polyamide ones to eliminate the need for lubrication which isn't acceptable in its industry. This paper contains wear analyses of bronze and polyamide tube bending tools. Also, a field test is conducted to determine whether different tube materials cause different degrees of wear on polyamide tools. To determine the type of the bronze material, SEM, EDS and metallographic analyses are conducted.
