Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je proveden proračun i konstrukcija alata za kovanje koljenastog vratila. Kovanje je postupak oblikovanja metala deformiranjem kojim se osim oblika mijenjaju i mehanička svojstva materijala. Zbog poboljšavanja svojstava materijala, kovanje je savršena tehnologija izrade opterećenih dijelova strojeva poput koljenastog vratila. U prvom dijelu rada opisana je tehnologija kovanja, te vrste postupaka kovanja. Opisani su problemi koji se javljaju tijekom postupka kovanja, objašnjena su tehnološka rješenja za izvedbu ukovnja, te su ukratko opisani kovački strojevi – batovi i preše. U drugom dijelu proveden je proračun i konstrukcija alata za kovanje koljenastog vratila. Proračunom su definirane vrste gravura i redoslijed izvođenja svih operacija tijekom postupka kovanja. Po završetku rada slijedi detaljan prikaz alata za kovanje u programskom paketu AutoCAD, te zaključak cjelokupnog rada.

Abstract

This thesis describes the structural analysis, design and construction of the tool for forging crankshafts. Forging is a metal forming process that not only forms but also changes the mechanical properties of materials. Due to the improvement of the material properties, forging is the perfect technology for producing stressed machine parts such as crankshafts. In the first part of the thesis the technology of forging and types of forging processes are described as well as the problems that occur during the forging process. The technological solutions for the construction of the forging die are explained, and forging machines, as for example the hammering machines and presses, are also briefly described. The second part of the thesis describes the structural analysis, design and construction of tools for forging crankshaft. The structural analysis and design define the types of die impressions and the order of execution of all operations during the forging process. At the end of the thesis, a detailed overview of the forging machines is shown in the software package AutoCAD. The thesis ends with a conclusion.
