Abstract (Croatian)

Suvremeni Otto motori gorivo u smjesu najčešće dodaju ubrizgavanjem u usisnu cijev pri čemu je brizgaljka električno upravljana. U ovom radu analizirani su sustavi za ubrizgavanje i napravljena je karakterizacija brizgaljki. Karakterizacija je rađena mjerenjem mase i volumena goriva koje brizgaljka ubrizga pri određenom tlaku i duljini trajanja otvorenosti. Mjerenje je provedeno na ispitnoj liniji u Laboratoriju za motore i vozila Fakulteta strojarstva i brodogradnje u Zagrebu, za dvije brizgaljke s dva goriva. Dobiveni rezultati su prikazani u tablicama te su na temelju njih izrađene regresijske funkcije koje pomoću podataka o tlaku i duljini trajanja otvorenosti brizgaljke izračunavaju količinu ubrizganog goriva. Dijagramima su prikazane usporedbe mase i volumena ubrizganog goriva za različite brizgaljke i različita goriva, te usporedbe karakteristika brizgaljki dobivene mjerenjima i funkcijama. Dobivene se funkcije mogu ugraditi u program koji upravlja radom motora.

Abstract

The modern Otto internal combustion engine usually add fuel into the mixture injecting it into the intake pipe where the injector is electrically driven. In this work, the injection systems were analyzed and characterization of injectors was made. Characterization was made by measuring mass and volume of fuel injected by the injector at a given pressure in the system and the length of openness. The measurement was carried out at the test line in the Laboratory for engines and vehicles of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture in Zagreb, for two injectors with two fuels. The results are shown in the tables and based on them regression functions were made which using the data of the pressure and length of openness of the injector calculate amount of injected fuel. Diagrams show comparison of the mass and volume of injected fuel for different injectors and different fuels, and comparing the characteristics of injectors obtained by measurements and functions. The obtained functions can be incorporated into a program that controls the operation of the engine.
