Abstract (Croatian)

Tema ovog završnog rada je „Mokro podvodno zavarivanje martenzitnog čelika X3CrNiMo13-4“. Sastoji se od dva dijela, teoretskog i eksperimentalnog. U teoretskom dijelu prikazan je REL postupak mokrog podvodnog zavarivanja, kao i neki drugi postupci koji su prisutni u praksi ili su u trenutnom razvoju. Posebno je analiziran princip rada i problematika zavarivanja. Opisani su problemi koji se javljaju u procesu zavarivanja pod vodom, tehnike rada, materijal koji se zavaruje, kao i njegova svojstva i zavaraljivost. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada opisana je oprema, dodatni materijal i neke od metoda kontrole kvalitete zavarenog spoja. Izrađen je plan pokusa kojim se definirala mogućnost izvedbe mokrog podvodnog REL zavarivanja, utjecaj unosa topline na tvrdoću u zoni utjecaja topline kako bi se mogle donijeti preporuke za podvodno zavarivanje martenzitnih čelika.

Abstract

Topic of this thesis is „Underwater wet welding of martensitic steel X3CrNiMo13-4“. It consists of two parts, theoretical and experimental. In the theoretical part MMA underwater wet welding is described and some other processes of underwater wet welding which were used and developed recently. Working principle and problems of welding are especially analyzed. Problems that occur, some working techniques, materials which need to be welded as well as its properties and weldability are described too. Equipment, additional materials and weld controls are described in the experimental part. Experimental plan was made so it could be defined if it is possible to use MMA underwater wet welding. Influence of heat input on material hardness in the heat affected zone also need to be defined. At the end, the recommendations for underwater wet welding of martensitic steel need to be represented.
