Abstract (Croatian)

Tema ovog rada je zagrijavanje zraka u lamelnim izmjenjivačima topline te njihova međusobna usporedba i usporedba sa Shell and Tube izmjenjivačem topline. Prije proračuna izmjenjivača, u 1. poglavlju objašnjavaju se pojmovi izmjenjivača topline, lamelnog izmjenjivača i Shell and Tube izmjenjivača topline. Navode se podjele, konstrukcije i primjene izmjenjivača. Potom se u 2. poglavlju provodi primjer konstrukcijskog i termodinamičkog proračuna lamelnog izmjenjivača topline koji se koristi kasnije u radu. U 3. poglavlju proračunavaju se lamelni i Shell and Tube izmjenjivači topline, pri istim zadanim parametrima, kako bi se usporedile njihove veličine i izlazni parametri. Na kraju rada, rezultati se uspoređuju i argumentiraju u 4. poglavlju.

Abstract

The topic of this thesis is air heating in finned tube heat exchangers, as well as a comparison between them and a comparison with the Shell and Tube heat exchanger. Prior to the exchanger analysis, Chapter 1 will feature the explanations of the terms heat exchanger, finned tube heat exchanger, and the Shell and Tube heat exchanger. The divisions, designs and uses of the exchangers will be stated. In Chapter 2, an example of a design analysis and a thermodynamic analysis of the finned tube heat exchanger will be shown, which will be used later in the thesis. In Chapter 3, the finned tube heat exchanger and the Shell and Tube heat exchanger will be analyzed, with the same set parameters, in order to compare their size and output parameters. Finally, the results will be compared and discussed in Chapter 4.
