Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je opisan način rada elektromotora s navedenim razlozima njegove široke uporabe. Također, opisan je proces proizvodnje elektromotora u tvrtki Končar-MES d.d., s posebnim naglaskom na proces bojenja. Kako bi se proces bojenja unaprijedio (pridonijelo uštedi materijala i povećanju kvalitete procesa bojenja i samog proizvoda), analiziran je sa stanovišta odabira najprikladnijeg postupka i izvedbe mlaznice te mogućnosti automatizacije. Softverom CATIA/DELMIA oblikovano je nekoliko koncepata automatskog sustava bojenja, s navođenjem njihovih prednosti, nedostataka i ograničenja, te je na osnovi toga predložen unaprijeđeni sustav bojenja dvama robotima Yaskawa EXP1250. Softverskom simulacijom procijenjena je proizvodnost predloženog sustava

Abstract

This work describes the basics of an electric motor and reasons of its widespread use, as well as its production in the company Končar-MES d.d., with special emphasis on the process of painting. In order to improve the process of painting (to achive material savings and higher quality of painting process and product itself), it is analyzed, from the viewpoints of choice of the most convenient painting technology and nozzle type, and automation possibilities. By the sofware CATIA/DELMIA several concepts of automatic painting system are designed, with lists of their advantages, disadvantages and limitations. Among those concepts, the system consisting of two Yaskawa EXP1250 robots is recommended. Software simulation is used to determine the productivity of the recommended system
