Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je proveden termodinamički proračun kondenzatora vodene pare. Izmjenjivač topline je tipa „Shell & Tube“, kondenzacija pare se odvija u plaštu oko cijevi unutar kojih se zagrijava voda za potrebe grijanja stambenog bloka. U prvom dijelu rada objašnjena je termodinamička osnova izmjenjivača, procesa kondenzacije i dan je pregled mogućih modela pomoću kojih se provodi proračun. Slijedi analiza radnih parametara kondenzatora u funkciji brzine strujanja vode unutar cijevi, te prikaz promjene koeficijenata prijelaza topline, toplinskog toka, temperature stijenki te same duljine izmjenjivača u ovisnosti o toj brzini. Nakon odabira željene brzine strujanja vode prikazan je proračun svih prije navedenih parametara sukladno zahtjevu zadatka te su dani odgovarajući grafički prikazi njihovih promjena. Za izračunate vrijednosti dan je konstrukcijski prijedlog izmjenjivača. U prilogu rada nalazi se nacrt cijelog uređaja.

Abstract

This bachelor’s degree thesis carries out a thermodynamic analysis of a steam condenser, the 'Shell and Tube' type in which the overheated steam completely condenses in the shell, while the transferred heat warms up the liquid water, flowing in a bundle of tubes, used for heating a residential area. The beginning of this thesis is about showing the basics of thermodynamics in the field of heat exchange, condensation processes and it's given an overview of possible condensation models. The introduction is followed by the analysis of the condenser operating parameters, such as water temperature, temperature of the outer wall of the tubes and exchanged heat depending on the water velocity in the tubes. In the second part, after choosing the desired velocity of the water, a detailed calculation is shown for all earlier listed parameters, in function of the input values defined by the assignment. Graphical representations are shown for all analysis. In the end there is a simplified design of the whole device.
