Abstract (Croatian)
U radu su analizirani postupci metalurgije praha koji se koriste u izradi aluminijskih dijelova u zrakoplovnim konstrukcijama. Uvodni dio dotiče se najčešće korištenih aluminijskih legura u zrakoplovstvu. Opisana su njihova mehanička svojstva i struktura te je na osnovu toga predočen razlog njihove velike primjene u ovoj industriji. Opisana je i metalurgija praha kao uvod eksperimentalnom dijelu gdje su doneseni zaključci o utjecaju korištenih parametara hladnog izostatskog prešanja na mikrostrukturu, a time i na svojstva dobivenih aluminijskih uzoraka.
Abstract
Powder metallurgy method was analized in this study as a means of production of aluminium parts used in aircraft construction. An overview of commonly used alloys in aerospace engineering is given in the introduction part of the paper with special attention given to their structure and properties. Given all the advantages of this group of alloys it is no wonder they are used in this branch of industry in such extent. Introduction part of the experiment is dedicated to describing the material production process. Results obtained during testing provide optimal parametres of the consolidation process used during cold isostatic pressing as well as obtained microstructures and hardness properties.
