Abstract (Croatian)

Zadatak ovog rada je opis procesa i proračun hladnjaka točenog piva. Početni dio rada posvećen je uvodu u tehniku hlađenja te propanu kao radnoj tvari. Prikazani su osnovni načini hlađenja pića pri čemu se najviše pažnje posvetilo opisu hlađenja točenog piva. Navedene su usporedbe propana s ostalim radnim tvarima korištene u uređajima slične namjene, prikazana su termofizikalna svojstva te ponašanje na različitim temperaturama. Zatim je proveden termodinamički proračun pretpostavljenog procesa kako bi se dimenzionirao spiralni isparivač. Izmjenjivač je dimenzioniran za najnepogodnije uvjete, odnosno kad treba ostvariti maksimalan toplinski tok. Nakon dimenzioniranja provedena je akumulacija rashladne energije u obliku banke leda. Dobiveni rezultati kontrolirani su mjerenjem i prikazani u posljednjem dijelu rada u obliku dijagrama. Za navedenu namjenu komercijalni uređaj za hlađenje pića tvrtke Oprema d.d. opremljen je mjernom opremom. Mjerenje je provedeno na Fakultetu strojarstva i brodogradnje Sveučilišta u Zagrebu.

Abstract

The goal of this final paper is elaboration and design of draft beer refrigerator. The starting part of the paper is about introduction of cooling techniques and propane as refrigerant. Elementary ways of drink cooling are displayed while the focus is on a compehensive draft beer cooling technique. Propane is compared with other refrigerants that are used in similar devices, also thermophysical properties of refrigerants on various temperatures are displayed. Following the propane comparison, design of the helical evaporator is conducted. Evaporator is designed to perform in heaviest cooling load, which is maximum heat flux. Cooling energy is stored in the form of ice bank. Acquired results are cross referenced with experiment results and are shown in the form of a diagram in final part of the paper.For a specified purpose commercial cooling device from Oprema d.d. is equiped with measurement probes. Experiment is conducted on Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, University of Zagreb.
