Abstract (Croatian)

U radu su uspoređene promjene hrapavosti i mikrostrukture površinskog sloja te otpornost na koroziju Ti6Al4V legure nakon postupaka toplinske oksidacije, anodne oksidacije i PACVD postupka prevlačenja. Otpornost na elektrokemijsku koroziju ispitana je metodama linearne i cikličke polarizacije, Tafelovom ekstrapolacijom te metodom impedancijske spektroskopije. Površina uzoraka je analizirana primjenom skenirajuće elektronske mikroskopije (SEM) i elektronske disperzijske spektroskopije (EDS). Ispitivanja su pokazala značajni utjecaj stanja površine (morfologije, hrapavosti i mikrostrukturnog stanja) na korozijska svojstva legure Ti6Al4V. Svi postupci su utjecali na promjenu kemijskog sastava, svojstava i stanja površinskog sloja, s time da su postupci anodne oksidacije i PACVD prevlačenja značajno utjecali na povećanje hrapavosti uzoraka. Najbolju otpornost na koroziju su pokazali neobrađeni uzorak i uzorak podvrgnut postupku toplinske oksidacije.

Abstract

In this work, changes of the microstructure and roughness of the surface layer and corrosion resistance of the Ti6Al4V alloy after the surface treatments of thermal oxidation, anodic oxidation and PACVD coating, are described. The electrochemical resistance was examined by the methods of linear and cyclic polarization, Tafel extrapolation and impedance spectroscopy. The surface of the specimens was analysed via Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Electron Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS). The tests showed a great contribution of the surface parameters (morphology, roughness and a microstructure state) to the corossion properties of the Ti6Al4V alloy. All processes had impact on the chemical composition, properties and the state of the surface layer, with highlight being the fact that the processes of anodic oxidation and PACVD showed great impact on the increase of the roughness parameters. The best corossion resistance was shown by the untreated specimen and the specimen treated with the process of thermal oxidation.
