Abstract (Croatian)
Elektrootporno zavarivanje je postupak spajanja metalnih dijelova kod kojeg se toplina po- trebna za zagrijavanje metala na temperaturu zavarivanja razvija prilikom protjecanja struje kroz vodič, prema Jouleovom zakonu. Jedan od najčešće korištenih postupaka elektrootpornog zavarivanja je točkasto zavarivanje. Da bi se dobio kvalitetan zavar potrebno je uskladiti teh- nološke parametre procesa. U ovome radu projektiran je elektronički dio upravljačkog uređaja sa mikrokontrolerom i razvijen je program koji omogućuje kontrolu nad najbitnijim parame- trima zavarivanja. Također je izrađen program za nadzor parametara procesa zavarivanja na osobnom računalu.
Abstract
Electric resistance welding (ERW) is a process of joining metal parts with the heat required for warming up a metal to the weld temperature obtained by current passing through a conductor, according to the Joule's law of heating. The most widespread ERW process is spot welding. To achieve welding quality it is necessary to optimize welding parameters. In this paper the electric part for ERW welding is developed with necessary software basic control of welding parameters, together with the PC application for monitor welding process.
