Abstract (Croatian)
Korištenje robota i manipulatora u različitim primjenama u industriji uvelike povećava produktivnost, kvalitetu i konzistentnost proizvodnje. Česta primjena je robotsko posluživanje strojeva. Cilj je ovog rada prikazati metode projektiranja i realizaciju robotske ćelije za posluživanje stroja za injekcijsko prešanje. Projektiranje uključuje faze koncipiranja i odabira elemenata, konstruiranje elementa za prihvat te pisanje upravljačkog programa. Faza realizacije uključuje montažu stanice, povezivanje komunikacije robota i stroja, te puštanje sustava u rad.
Abstract
Using robots and manipulators in different industrial applications greatly increases productivity, quality and consistancy of production. Machine tending is frequently seen as such. The goal of this thesis is to show methods for designing and commisiong of robotic systems for injection moulding machine tending. Design phase includes concepting and element selection, with gripper design and programming. Realisation phase includes assembly of robotic cell, realisation of machine communication and commisioning of the robot.
