Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom diplomskom radu prikazano je kako pomoću tehnologija digitalne fotogrametrije i aditivne proizvodnje možemo provoditi postupke povratnog inženjerstva i brze izrade prototipova. U prvom dijelu opisano je povratno inženjerstvo i njegova primjena, digitalna fotogrametrija, optički 3D skeneri koji se koriste i tehnike CAD modeliranja. U tom segmentu prikazan je primjer procesa 3D skeniranja u tvrtci Topomatika. U drugom dijelu su opisane tehnologije brze izrade prototipova te procesi aditivne izrade tih prototipova uz pomoć 3D printera za koje je dan pregled vrsta i postupaka. U praktičnom dijelu rada demonstrirane su mogućnosti ovih tehnologija pomoću projekata rađenih u tvrtkama IZIT i Topomatika.

Abstract

In this graduate thesis it is demonstrated how we can use digital photogrammetry and aditive manufacturing technologies ih the procedures of reverse engineering and rapid prototyping. First part of the thesis explaines reverse engineering and its application, digital photogrammetry, optical 3D scanners and CAD modeling techniques that are used. In relation to that, example of 3D scanning process in the company Topomatika is given. Second part of the thesis shows the technologies of rapid prototyping and aditive manufacturing of those prototypes with 3D printing machines for which the types and procedures are explained. The capabilities of all these technologies are demonstrated through projects in the companies IZIT and Topomatika.
