Abstract (Croatian)

Ovaj diplomski rad temelji se na analizi proizvodnih normi i regulativa u zavarivanju opreme pod tlakom. U teorijskom dijelu rada navedeni su svi pravilnici i norme koje se koriste prilikom projektiranja opreme pod tlakom, a na poslijetku je dan uvid i obrazloženje onih koji se danas najviše koriste. Također, opisane su provedbe kontrole i nadzora nad opremom pod tlakom koje garantiraju kvalitetu i siguran rad. Kako bi projektiranje sustava tlačne opreme proteklo sa što manje nedostataka ili eventualnih štetnih posljedica navedena je potrebna podjela rada, odnosno prikazana je zahtjevana kvalifikacija osoblja koja sudjeluje na projektu. U eksperimentalnom dijelu, zahvaljujući suradnji tvrtke Monter SM d.d., provedena je analiza primjene proizvodnih normi i regulativa pri izgradnji jedinice za rekuperaciju baklji u rafineriji Rijeka. Točnije, praćen je sustav izgradnje cjevovodne linije koja odvodi/dovodi medije baklji. Eksperimentalan dio sadrži niz podataka koji su potrebni kako bi se udovoljilo zahtjevanim kriterijima te se na kraju cijeli projekt temelji na dobivanju ocjene sukladnosti nadležnog tijela kao potvrde da je projekt valjan, odnosno da je dobiveno dopuštenje za puštanje u rad.

Abstract

This graduate thesis is based on the analysis of production standards and regulations in the welding of pressurized equipment. The theoretical part of this paper listed all the rules and standards used in the design of pressurized equipment, and after is given the description of the ones most used today. Also, the implementation of control and monitoring of pressure equipment is described, which guarantees quality and safe operation. In order to design the pressure equipment system with fewer deficiencies or possible adverse consequences, the division of labor is given, i.e. the required qualifications of the personnel participating in the project are presented. In the experimental part of this thesis, thanks to the assist of Monter SM d.d., an analysis of the application of production norms and regulations was carried out in the construction of a flame recuperative unit at the Rijeka refinery. Specifically, a system for the construction of a pipeline who delivery in and out torch media is monitored. The experimental part contains a set of data required to meet demanding criteria and, finally, the whole project is based on obtaining a conformity assessment by the competent authority as a confirmation that the project is valid or that it has been released in exploitation.
