Rad donosi opis i pregled područja virtualne stvarnosti, uz naglasak na imerzivno projektiranje radnih procesa. Korištena platforma u prvom dijelu rada uključuje niskobudžetni Google Cardboard i mobilni telefon sustava Android. U drugom dijelu rada korišteni su naglavne naočale virtualne stvarnosti Oculus Rift te kao senzor pokreta kontroler Leap Motion. Kako bi se definiralo virtualno okruženje, opisana je problematika pretvorbe formata i proširenja biblioteke programskog paketa Unity. Također, detaljno je prikazan postupak razvoja imerzivnog okruženja u Unityu, u kojem su izvršeni zadaci umetanja osovine u provrt i sklapanja zidne priključnice. Na primjeru zidne priključnice mjereno je vrijeme trajanja sklapanja u virtualnom okruženju, koje je poslužilo za usporedbu s vremenom dobivenim sustavom unaprijed određenih vremena MTM-2, kao tradicionalnim načinom projektiranja ručnih radnji sklapanja. Uz analizu rezultata, iznijete su prednosti i nedostaci imerzivnog projektiranja putem tehnika virtualne stvarnosti.

Abstract

The diploma thesis provides a description and an overview of virtual reality, with an emphasis on immersive designing of work processes. In the first part of the work, the low-end platform consisting of Google Cardboard and Android mobile phone was used. In the second part, Oculus Rift virtual reality glasses were used, as well as the motion sensor controller Leap Motion. In order to define the virtual environment, the issue of format conversion and library expansion of Unity software is described. Also, the process of developing of an immersive environment in the Unity software is depicted in detail, including solving of a peg in hole and wall socket assembly tasks. In the example of an assembly of the wall socket, the task execution time in the virtual environment was measured and then compared with the results of a traditional planning approach which uses predetermined motion time system MTM-2. In addition to the analysis of the results, the advantages and disadvantages of the immersive designing using virtual reality techniques are presented.
