Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu opisan je utjecaj parametara bušenja na koštano tkivo (ljudsko, životinjsko) tijekom operativnog zahvata u koštano-zglobnoj kirurgiji. Svi opisi parametara potkrijepljeni su primjerima raznih istraživanja i njihovim rezultatima. Zatim je prikazan kratki pregled postojećih bušilica u koštano-zglobnoj kirurgiji. U drugom dijelu rada, detaljno su objašnjeni način rada i konstrukcija bušilice. Mehanički elementi konstrukcije proračunati su i kontrolirani uslijed pojave sila koje djeluju na konstrukciju. Na kraju rada prikazani su sklopni i radionički crteži svih pozicija konstrukcije bušilice.

Abstract

This thesis describes the influence of drilling parameters on bone tissue (human, animal) during the operative procedure in bone and joint surgery. All parameter descriptions are supported by examples of various types of researches and their results. Then, it is given a short overview of existing drills in bone and joint surgery. In the second part of this thesis, medical drill design and working principle are explained in detail. Mechanical elements of drill are calculated and controlled in accordance with forces affecting the drill design. At the end of this work, drawings of all design positions are presented.
