Abstract (Croatian)

Diplomski rad podijeljen je u dva dijela, teorijski i eksperimentalni dio. U teorijskom dijelu rada klasificirani su i opisani postupci zavarivanja polimera, posebno oni koji se primjenjuju i najviše koriste u automobilskoj industriji. Analizirani su osnovni mehanizmi stvaranja spoja te pojedini parametri za svaku vrstu zavarivanja. Prilikom obrade svakog postupka zavarivanja pojedinačno, navedena je oprema za zavarivanje, oblici spojeva, prednosti, nedostaci te polimerni materijali koji se zavaruju. Također, navedena je podjela polimera prema njihovoj građi te su obrađena i prikazana različita svojstva onih koji se najčešće koriste. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provedena je analiza vibracijski zavarenih spojeva na unutrašnjoj upravljačkoj konzoli automobila te ultrazvučno zavarene vanjske letvice vrata automobila. Navedeni su materijali koji se primjenjuju, postupak montaže te parametri zavarivanja. Provedena su ispitivanja zavarenog spoja uzimajući u obzir zahtjeve normi. Ispitana je savojna žilavost vibracijski zavarenog spoja i smična čvrstoća ultrazvučno zavarenog preklopnog spoja.

Abstract

The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and experimental part. In the theoretical part of the thesis, polymers welding processes are described and classified, especially those applied and used most in the automotive industry. The basic mechanisms of forming the compound and the individual parameters for each type of welding were analyzed. Welding equipment, joints, advantages, disadvantages and welding polymer materials are listed for each welding process. Also, the types of the polymers according to their structure is described and the different properties of the most commonly used polymers are discussed and illustrated. In the experimental part of the thesis, the analysis of vibration welded joints on the car's internal control console and ultrasonic welded outer car door slides was performed. These are the materials to be used, the assembly process and the welding parameters. Welded joint were tested taking into account the requirements of the standard. The flexural impact strenght of the vibration welded joint and the shear strength of the ultrasonic welded folding joint were studied.
