U ovom radu napravljena je analiza utjecaja smjera dodavanja materijala na dimenzijska svojstva zupčanika s ravnim zubima izrađenih aditivnom tehnologijom. Na početku je napravljen pregled literature u području aditivnih tehnologija s naglaskom na dimenzije i mehanička svojstva. Zupčanici su izrađeni postupkom taložnog očvršćivanja (FDM postupak) tako da se zupčanik Z1.1 pri izradi nalazio u okomitom položaju, dok su zupčanici Z1.2 i Z1.3 bili u vodoravnom položaju. Materijal zupčanika Z1.1 i Z1.2 je EasyFilTM ABS (akrilonitril butadien stiren), a materijal zupčanikaZ1.3 je Longchain PA (poliamid). Nakon izrade zupčanika provedena su mjerenja kontaktnim mjernim uređajima te optičkim mjernim uređajem ATOS Core 135. Opisan je postupak skeniranja. Mjerenje na skeniranim zupčanicima provedeno je u programu GOM Inspect. Pri analizi rezultata mjerenja određene su srednje vrijednosti rezultata i standardna odstupanja na temelju kojih su donjeti zaključci o utjecaju smjera dodavanja materijala na svojstva zupčanika. Na kraju je napravljena usporedba rezultata dobivenih kontaktnim mjerenjima i mjerenjem u programu GOM Inspect.

Abstract

Analysis of printing direction impact on the dimensional properties of spur gears manufactured using an additive technology is the main focus of this thesis. It begins with a literature review on additive technologies with an emphasis on dimensions and mechanical properties. Gears are manufactured using additive FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) method – gear Z1.1. is vertically, whereas gears Z1.2 and Z1.3 are horizontally oriented while 3D printed. In a case of materials, gears Z1.1 and Z1.2 are made of EasyFilTM ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), whereas the gear Z1.3 is made of Long - chain PA (polyamide). After manufacturing, gears were measured with contact measuring devices and with optical measuring device AOTS Core 135. Description of the scanning process can be found in the thesis. The next step is a measuring process of gears carried out using the GOM Inspect software thus enabling making calculations of average values of standard deviations. Those results are significant for drawing a conclusion about an influence on a printing direction to mechanical properties of gears. Above all, comparison of results obtained from contact measurements and measurements using the GOM Inspect is made and results are enclosed in the thesis.
