Abstract (Croatian)
Ovim diplomskim radom izrađeno je projektno rješenje sustava grijanja, prisilne ventilacije i pripreme potrošne tople vode (PTV-a) za višestambenu zgradu s 45 stanova, smještenu na području grada Rijeke i ukupne korisne površine 2608 m2. Proračun toplinskih gubitaka zgrade proveden je prema normi HRN EN 12831, a proračun godišnje potrebne toplinske energije za grijanje prema Algoritmu za proračun potrebne energije za grijanje i hlađenje prostora zgrade prema HRN EN ISO 13790. Priprema PTV-a predviđena je u izvedbi akumulacijskog sustava sa solarnim pločastim kolektorima, te je u tu svrhu napravljen proračun solarnog zagrijavanja PTV-a prema f-Chart metodi. Uspoređene su tri varijante rješenja sustava za grijanje prostora, pripremu dobavnog zraka za ventilaciju i dogrijavanje PTV-a prema metodologiji iz Elaborata primjenjivosti alternativnih sustava opskrbe energijom. Određivanje energijskih zahtjeva sustava grijanja prostora i pripreme PTV-a proveden je prema skupini normi HRN EN 15316, a proračun potrebne energije za ventilaciju proveden je prema normi HRN EN 15243. Prva varijanta rješenja sustava kao izvor topline koristi plinski kondenzacijski kotao, druga varijanta kao izvor topline koristi kotao na drvnu sječku, dok treća varijanta kao izvor topline koristi dizalicu topline zrak/voda. Na temelju usporedbe investicijskih i pogonskih troškova u promatranom periodu korištenja, ali i utjecaja na okoliš, kao optimalno rješenje odabran je sustav s kotlom na drvnu sječku, koje je zatim razrađeno na razini glavnom projekta.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to design a heating, ventilation and domestic hot water (DHW) system for a multi-family building with 45 flats, located in the area of city of Rijeka and with total useful surface of 2608 m2. Calculation of thermal losses of the building was carried out according to standard HRN EN 12831, while the annual heat energy required for heating was calculated according to standard HRN EN 13790. Domestic hot water system was designed as the storage system with solar collectors, for which purpose a calculation of solar DHW heating was made according to f-Chart method. Three variants of the heating, ventilation and DHW system solutions were compared. Calculation of the energy requirements of the heating and DHW system was carried out according to the group of standards HRN EN 15316, while the calculation of the required energy of the ventilation system was carried out according to standard HRN EN 15243. The first variant of the system solution as a heat source uses a gas condensing boiler, another variant as a heat source uses a wood chips boiler, while the third variant as a heat source uses an air to water heat pump. Based on the comparison of investment and operating costs in the observed period of time, and the impact on the environment, the solution with wood chips boiler was selected as the optimal one, and was elaborated as the main project.
