Abstract (Croatian)

Cilj ovog rada je analiza zavarljivosti legure Inconel 625. Rad se sastoji od teoretskog i eksperimentalnog dijela. U teoretskom dijelu definiran je pojam zavarljivosti primjenom modernog pristupa, te su određene karakteristične metode ispitivanja s obzirom na različite kriterije. Detaljno je analizirana zavarljivost legure nikla te su izdvojeni specifični problemi i pristup tehnologiji zavarivanja. Određeno je područje primjene legure Inconel 625 te su opisane specifične tehnologije zavarivanja i područje operativnih parametara. U eksperimentalnom dijelu provedeno je ispitivanje legure Inconel 625 na sklonost nastajanju toplih pukotina Varestraint metodom. Analiza je provedena navarivanjem Inconela 625 MIG/MAG postupkom na deset uzoraka od općeg konstrukcijskog čelik S355 u dva slučaja. U prvom slučaju (A) korištena je mješavina zaštitnih plinova Ar 97,5 % i CO2 2,5 %. U drugom slučaju (B) korišten je zaštitni plin Ar uz iste parametre struje, napona, brzine zavarivanja i protoka plina. Nakon provedbe testa izvršena je kemijska analiza i izmjera geometrije zavara kako bi se utvrdio stupanj miješanja i kritično područje parametara. Zaključno su dane preporuke za primjenu u praksi.

Abstract

Aid of this paper is Weldability Analysis of Inconel 625. The work consists of a theoretical and experimental part. In theoretical part the term of weldability using the modern approach is defined and as well as characteristic test methods due to different criteria. Weldability of nickl alloy is detally analized and then specific problems and access to welding technology pointed out. The application area of Inconel 625 alloy is determined and then specific welding techniques and the operating parameters area are described. In experimental part, Inconel 625 alloy testing is performed in the formation of hot cracks by Varestraint method. The analysis is carried out by MIG/MAG overlaying of the Inconel 625 in two cases on ten samples of the structural steel S355. In the first case (A) mixture of protective gases Ar 97.5 % and CO2 2.5 % are used. In the second case (B), the protective gas Ar is used, with the same parameters of current, voltage, welding speed and gas flow as in the first case. After the test is carried out, a chemical analysis and geometry measurements are performed in order to determine the mixing degree and parametars criteria. In the end, recommendations for practical application are given.
