Abstract (Croatian)

Mobilni robot za slijeđenje linije je jedan od vrsti automatiziranih vođenih vozila (AGV) koji će biti razmatran u ovom seminaru. Automatski vođena vozila danas imaju veliku ulogu u logističkoj podršci mnogih firmi sa velikim skladištima i složenim sustavom proizvodnje. Takvi mobilni roboti omogućavaju veću produktivnost, odnosno postiže se veća efikasnost, što rezultira većim slobodnim kapacitetom u skladištu, te očekivanim brojem primljenih i poslanih paketa tokom jednog dana. U ovome području roboti su zamijenili ljudski rad iz više razloga, a neki od njih su: monoton posao, fizički napor te preciznost. Postoji više metoda kako mobilni roboti ostvaruju slijeđenje zadane putanje, a kao što je rečeno ovdje će se govoriti o slijeđenju obojene linije. U ovome radu naglasak će biti na ispitivanju različitih linearnih regulatora koji će se koristiti za upravljanje mobilnog robota. Napravljen je jednostavan model mobilnog robota za slijeđenje linije s mikrokontrolerom kao upravljačkom jedinicom, na kojem će se eksperimentalno potvrditi djelovanje različitih linearnih regulatora.

Abstract

Mobile robot for line tracking is one type of the automated guided vehicles (AGV) which will be considered in this seminar. Today, automated guided vehicles have a big role in logistic support of many firms which have big warehouses and complicated manufacturing system. Such mobile robots are enabling better productivity, and higher efficiency, what results in a bigger free capacity of the warehouse, and in the expected number of received and shiped packages during one day. In this area robots have replaced human work due to many reasons, some of them are: monotonous work, physical effort and precision. There exists a lot of methods by which mobile robots can achieve to follow the predetermined path, and like it was said, here will be the talk about following coloured line. In this final thesis an emphasis will be on examination of diverse linear regulators which will be used for controlling the mobile robot. It was made a simple model of a mobile robot for line tracking with a microcontroller as a control unit, on which will be experimentally confirmed behaviour of a diverse linear regulators.
