Abstract (Croatian)

Ručni pogon se upotrebljava samo za uređaje manje nosivosti, koji se koriste npr. za montažu ili popravke. Ručni pogon se ostvaruje okretanjem ručice. U ovom radu ručni pogon služi za izvlačenje čamaca iz jezera. Konstrukcija dohvatnika u zadatku omogućuje spuštanje i dizanje čamaca te promjenu dohvata pomoću ručnog vitla i rotaciju oko vertikalne osi uz pomoć prijenosa na ručni pogon. Rad započinje uvodnim razmatranjem raznih vrsta dizalica na ručni pogon, za različite namjene, i u različitim izvedbama. Zatim slijedi dimenzioniranje i proračun nosive konstrukcije i potrebnih elemenata. Proračun se dijeli na 6 dijelova i počinje proračunom nosive konstrukcije dohvatnika. Za ovaj rad, odabrano je uže, kao sredstvo kojim će se podizati čamac te mijenjati dohvat. Slijedi proračun kritičnih spojeva dohvatnika (zavara, svornjaka i vijaka). Konstrukcija je učvršćena u beton pomoću sidrenih vijaka. Zatim se dimenzionira mehanizam za prihvat i dizanje čamaca te promjenu dohvata i na osnovu toga se odabire ručno vitlo. Na kraju se proračunava mehanizam za okretanje kojeg čine ručica i jedan par zupčanika sa ravnim zubima, te se kontroliraju zupčanici. Svaki sklop je lako rastavljiv i nije potrebno često održavanje. Konstrukcijsko rješenje je dobiveno projektiranjem u programskom paketu CATIA V5R20, te je napravljen glavni sklopni crtež i radionički crteži konstrukcije.

Abstract

Manual drive is used only for devices of lower load rating, which are used for example in assembly or repairs. Manual drive is achieved by turning the handle. In this thesis manual drive is used for extracting boats from lakes. The construction of the jib allows the lowering and lifting of the boats and the change of reach by using a hand winch and the rotation around the vertical axis with manually powered transmission. The thesis begins with an introduction about different types of manually powered cranes, for different purposes, and in different designs. After that follows the sizing and calculation of the load-bearing structure and the necessary elements. The calculation is divided in 6 sections and begins with a calculation of the load-bearing structure of the jib. For this thesis, a rope is selected, as a mean by which the boat will be lifted and the reach changed. What follows is the calculation of the critical joints (welds, pins and screws). The construction is anchored in concrete by using anchor bolts. After that the mechanism for handling and lifting boats and changing the reach is sized and based on that the hand winch is selected. Finally, the turning mechanism, which consists of a handle and a spur gear pair, is calculated and the gears are controlled. Each assembly is easily taken apart and it doesn’t require frequent maintenance. The design solution is modelled in the CATIA V5R20 software, as well as the main assembly drawing and the manufacturing sheet of the design.
