Abstract (Croatian)

Značaj mehaničkih ispitivanja materijala vrlo je velik, posebno za sigurnu upotrebu strojnih dijelova i mehaničkih konstrukcija kao i za unapređenje tehnologije. Za materijale su vrlo važna mehanička svojstva čvrstoće i žilavosti te njihova interakcija u eksploataciji. U ovom radu je opisano ispitivanje udarnog rada loma te je objašnjena metoda ispitivanja udarnog rada loma po Charpyju. Oprema za ispitivanje se mora redovito umjeravati i osiguravati sljedivost do nacionalnih i međunarodnih etalona. U eksperimentalnom dijelu je provedeno umjeravanje Charpyjevog bata sukladno starom i novom izdanju norme. Stare norme HRN ISO 148-1: 2009 i HRN EN ISO 148-2: 2009 su zamijenjene normama HRN EN ISO 148-1: 2016, HRN EN ISO 148-2: 2016. Provedeno je umjeravanje Charpyjevog bata, a nakon toga je provodeno na istom uređaju ispitivanje uzoraka s točnim dimenzijama sukladno normi te uzoraka kod kojih je napravljena pogreška. Na kraju je provedena analiza rezultata te doneseni određeni zaključci.

Abstract

The importance of mechanical testing is very big, especially for the safe usage of machine parts and mechanical constructions, as well as for improvements in process technology. Mechanical strength and toughness of materials, as well as their interaction in exploitation are very important properties. In this thesis, testing of bending rupture energy according to Charpy are described. The testing equipment must be regularly calibrated and its traceability must follow national and international standards. In the experimental part of this thesis, calibration of Charpy's maul is conducted according to the old and new types of standard. Old standards HRN ISO 148-1: 2009 and HRN EN ISO 148-2: 2009 are replaced by the new standards HRN EN ISO 148-1: 2016 and HRN EN ISO 148-2: 2016. After calibration of Charpy's maul, several other testing were conducted on samples with specific dimensions according to the standard, as well as on the samples with dimensional errors. Finally, a detailed analysis of the testing results was carried out, which led to the adoption of certain conclusions.
