Abstract (Croatian)

Dugotrajno sjedenje znatno utječe na ljudsko zdravlje. Uzrokuje spektar kroničnih poremećaja, a pravilno konstruiranje površine sjedala može umanjiti štetne utjecaje tako da se izbjegnu kritične točke u kojima su sila i tlak maksimalni. S obzirom na anatomiju stražnjice, opterećenje nije ravnomjerno raspoređeno pa se najveći pritisak javlja na izbočinama kostiju ispod sjedne kvrge. Sjedne kosti preuzimaju opterećenje jer se mišićne strukture pomaknu lateralno tako da ostane jedino potkožno masno tkivo između sjednih kostiju i kože. Tip tjelesne građe, broj potpornih površina sjedala te način na koji sjedimo imaju značajan utjecaj na raspodjelu tlaka. Veličina kontaktne površine uvelike ovisi o spolu, ali i o tipu tjelesne građe. U sklopu rada provedeno je mjerenje maksimalnog tlaka pri otklonu trupa pomoću sustava zebris FDM. Mjerenje je provedeno u Laboratoriju za biomehaniku Kineziološkog fakulteta.

Abstract

Long-term sitting has a significant effect on human health. It causes a spectrum of chronic disorders, and proper design of the seat surface can reduce adverse effects by avoiding critical points where the force and pressure are at their maximum. Due to the anatomy of the buttocks, the load is not evenly distributed, so the greatest pressure is present under ischial tuberosities. Sit bones take the load over because the muscular structures move sideways so that only the subcutaneous fatty tissue remains between the bones and skin. The body type, the number of supporting seat surfaces and the way we sit have a significant influence on the pressure distribution. The size of the contact surface depends largely on sex, but also on the body type. In this work, measurements of maximum pressure at the torso bending using the FDM zebris system were performed. The measurements were performed at the Laboratory for biomechanics of the Faculty of Kinesiology.
