Abstract (Croatian)
Završni rad prikazuje kostrukciju filmskog uparivača. Uređaj treba izvesti kao dvostupanjski jednakih površina prvog i drugog stupnja. Analizira se potrošnja energije za proizvodnju jednog kilograma ugušćenog soka od jabuke. Određuje se optimalna međukoncentracija suhe tvari prema projektnim temperaturama uparivanja i kapacitetu uređaja. Proveden je termodinamički proračun, proračun čvrstoće, te pad tlaka u pojedinim dijelovima uparivača. Rad sadrži radioničke crteže dijelova filmskog uparivača, sklopni crtež, te dijagram cjevovoda i instrumentacije sa prikazanim protocima, koncentracijama i temperaturama na pojedinim dijelovima uparivača.
Abstract
The final paper shows design of two-effect falling film evaporator. Analysis of energy consumption for production of one kilogram of apple juice was conducted. Energy consumption is analyzed to produce one kilogram of thickened apple juice. Optimum mid concentration of the dry substance is calculated from projected temperature and the capacity of the device. Thermodynamic calculation, strength calculation, and pressure drop in certain parts of the evaporator were performed. The work contains worksheets of parts of the falling film evaporator, piping and instrumentation diagram with concentrations and temperatures at individual parts of the separator.
