Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je analiziran utjecaj debljine prevlake TiN/TiCN na martenzitnom nehrđajućem čeliku X22CrMoV12-1 na njenu adhezivnost Postupkom PACVD proizvedena je prevlaka TiN/TiCN s dvije različite debljine. Debljina prevlake određena je kalotestom, a ispitivanje adhezivnosti prevlake provedeno je utiskivanjem indentorom prema normi VDI 3198. Iz rezultata ispitivanja utvrđena je ovisnost adhezivnosti prevlake TiN/TiCN o njenoj debljini, pri čemu tanja prevlaka ima bolju adhezivnost.

Abstract

In this work, the thickness of TiN/TiCN coating has been analyzed, obtained in PACVD (plasma assisted chemical vapour depostion) on stainless martensitic steel X22CrMoV12-1. The process PACVD produced a TiN / TiCN coating with two different thicknesses. The coating thickness was determined by calotest, and the coating adhesion test was performed by impregnating the indentor according to VDI 3198. From the results, the adhesion of the TiN / TiCN coating adhesion to its thickness was determined, with the thinner coating having a better adhesion.
