U ovome radu prikazuje se projektno rješenje sustava za grijanje i hlađenje hotela. Hotel se sastoji od šest etaža ukupne površine 1130 m2 te je smješten na području grada Slavonskog Broda. Toplinski gubitci hotela izračunati su prema normi HRN EN 12831. Korišten je sustav ventilokonvektorskog grijanja, gdje se kao izvor topline koristi dizalica topline voda-voda s crpnom i upojnom bušotinom za podzemnu vodu. Temperaturni režim ogrjevne vode je 50/35°C. Kako bi se odredilo toplinsko opterećenje za ljetne dane korištena je norma VDI 2078. Za hlađenje se također koriste instalirani ventilokonvektori kroz koje cirkulira rashladna voda temperaturnog režima 7/12°C. Kao izvor rashladnog učina također se koristi dizalica topline koja pokriva sve potrebe za rashladnim učinom. Proračun toplinskih gubitaka i dobitaka hotela proveden je u računalnom paketu IntegraCAD, a ostatak proračuna proveden je rukom tj. u Excel-u. Uz tehničke proračune koji definiraju izbor opreme, prilaže se funkcionalna shema spajanja sustava te crteži koji definiraju raspored i montažu opreme.

Abstract

This paper presents the project solution for the heating and cooling system of the hotel. The hotel consists of six floors of total surface area of 1130 m2 and is located in Slavonski Brod. Hotel heat losses were calculated according to HRN EN 12831 standard. A fan convector heating system was used, where a water-water heat pump with a pump and suction well for groundwater is used as a source of heat. The temperature of the heating water is 50/35°C. In order to determine the thermal load for summer days, VDI 2078 standard is used. For cooling, installed fan convector are also used, through which the cooling water temperature of the heating system is 7/12°C. A heat sink, which covers all cooling needs, is also used as cooling source. Calculation of heat losses and heat gains was carried out in the IntegraCAD computer program, while the rest od calculation was executed by hand in Excel. Along with technical calculations that define the choice of equipment, a functional scheme of system joining and drawings that define the arrangement and installation of the equipment are attached.
