Abstract (Croatian)

Sadržaj ovoga rada sastavljen je iz dvije cjeline. Prva cjelina prikazuje novosti u svjetu zrakoplovnih konstrukcija proizvedenih aditivnim tehlogijama. Naglasak pri razmatranju novih konstrukcija jest na njihovoj nestandardnoj morfologiji. Ova cjelina također opisuje načine proizvodnje prikladne za izradu pojedinih dijelova uzimajući u obzir materijale od kojih će dio biti izrađen i svojstva koja nam omogućava pojedina metoda. U drugoj cjelini napravljena je analiza krila nestandardne morfologije. Analiza je provedena pomoću programskog paketa Abaqus koristeći metodu konačnih elemenata. Rezultati analize krila nestandardne morfologije uspoređeni su sa krilom konvencionalne morfologije. Usporedba je provedena na temelju razlike masa ta dva krila.

Abstract

Contents of this work is divided into two parts. First part shows novelty in the world of aerospace design manufactured with additive technologies. The emphasis is on the nonconventional aircraft morphology. This part also shows different methods of additive manufacturing and potential of these methods. In the second part, stress analysis of nonconventional aircraft wing structure is carried out. The analysis is conducted by the finite element method using Abaqus software. Results of the analysis of nonconventional aircraft wing structure is compared with conventionally structured wing. Comparison is based on mass difference of two wings.
