Abstract (Croatian)

Abstract

In the last decade, an increase in applications of additive technologies in manufacturing processes can be observed. With the development of additive technologies, low-cost 3D printers are beginning to appear on the market. Their design is mostly based on the FDM process. A brief history of additive manufacturing, basic applications, as well as advantages and disadvantages of different additive processes have been described in this paper. Second part of the paper deals with the design of the low-cost 3D printer.
