Abstract (Croatian)

Ovaj rad bavi se teorijskim osnovama i termodinamičkom analizom kaskadnih dizalica topline koje je koriste za postizanje jako niskih temperatura hlađenja (-60°C i niže) ili za postizanje istovremenog niskotemperaturnog hlađenja i visokotemperaturnog grijanja. Dizalica topline su uređaji koji prenose energiju s niže temperature sustava, na višu temperaturu sustava, koristeći pri tome dodatnu energiju, najčešće u obliku rada kompresora. Dizalice topline mogu se koristiti za grijanje ili za hlađenje Kaskadni uređaj je zapravo spoj dvije dizalice topline koje su spojene kaskadnim izmjenjivačem, čineći tako donji i gornji krug kaskadnog sustava. U radu je prije same termodinamičke analize, opisan rad dizalica topline i kaskadnih sustava. Termodinamička analiza kaskadnih sustava provedena je s ciljem određivanja utjecaja pojedinih parametara, poput temperature kondenzacije donje i gornje kaskade, razlike temperatura na kaskadnom izmjenjivaču itd., na ukupnu iskoristivost sustava. Konačno je proveden proračun samog shell & tube kaskadnog izmjenjivača topline i shema spajanja komponenti kaskadnog sustava

Abstract

In this paper, it is done with theoretical basics and thermodynamically analysis of cascade heat pumps, which are used for achieving very low cooling temperatures (-60°C or less) or for achieving simultaneously low temperature cooling and high temperature heating. Heat pump is device witch transforms energy from low temperature of system on systems with higher temperatures, using additional energy, mostly work done by compressors. Cascade heat pump is connection of two heat pumps, connected by cascade heat exchanger, making two separate circles, lower and higher temperature circle. In this thesis before thermodynamicall analysis, it is described work method of heat and cascade heat pumps. Thermodynamic analysis of cascade heat pumps is made with goal of determining impact of different parameters, such as condensating temperatue of lower and higher cascade, temperature differences on cascade heat exchanger etc., on COP (coefficient of productivity) of sistem. Finally, calculation of shell & tube cascade heat exchanger is provided and scheme of components of cascade system.
