Abstract (Croatian)

Tema ovog završnog rada je „Analiza dinamičke karakteristike izvora struje pri MAG zavarivanju“. Sastoji se od teoretskog i praktičnog dijela. U početnom, teoretskom dijelu, opisan je MAG postupak zavarivanja. Analiziran je princip rada, opisane su dinamičke karakteristike te načini prijenosa metala u električnom luku pri MAG zavarivanju. Obrađeni su zaštitni plinovi koji se koriste pri MAG zavarivanju. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provedena su mjerenja struje i napona u vremenu u ovisnosti o načinu prijenosa materijala i vrsti zaštitnog plina prilikom MAG zavarivanja. Dobiveni rezultati u suglasnosti su s teorijskim pretpostavkama uz zanemarive razlike koje postoje zbog korištenja realne opreme i nesavršenih uvjeta što se teoriji često zanemaruje.

Abstract

This paper provides analysis of dynamic properties of current sources at MAG welding. The paper consists of theoretical and practical part. In the first, theoretical part, MAG welding process is analysed trough work principles, dynamic characteristic, methods of metal transfer and protective gas used. In this experiment there were performed measurement of current and voltage waveforms during welding with different combinations of transfer types and shielding gas. The obtained results are supported with the theoretical assumptions with minor differences caused by imperfections in the real equipment and imperfect conditions which the theory often neglects.
