Abstract (Croatian)

Cilj ovog rada bio je analizirati mogučnost uvođenja obnovljivih izvora energije u energetski sustav brodogradilišta. U tu svrhu analizirani su dostupni izvori obnovljive energije na području hrvatske. Ukratko je dan uvid u smjernice Ujedinjenih naroda vezanih uz energetski učinkovitu industriju. Od spomenutih izvora obnovljive energije detaljnije je opisan princip dobivanja energije pomoću solarnih kolektora i fotonaponskih panela. Solarnom izvoru energije posvećeno je najviše pažnje jer je jedini primjenjiv na području brodogradilišta. Potencijalna primjena navedenih sustava analizirana je na dva primjera. U prvom slučaju analizirana je potrošnja električne dizalice na navozu i određena potrebna površina za instaliranje fotonaponskih modula koji bi podmirivali potražnju za energijom. Drugi slučaj se bavi grijanjem sanitarne vode te je također određena potrebna površina za instalaciju solarnih panela. Naposljetku je ukratko napravljena tehno-ekonomska analiza za oba slučaja. Dobiveni su povratni periodi za pojedinačne tipove investicije od 17.5 godina, odnosno 13 godina za slučaj grijanja sanitarne vode što je bilo više od očekivanog.

Abstract

In this bachellor thesis, the possibility of introducing renewable energy sources in the shipyards energy system was analyzed. Available resources of renewable energy in Croatia were analyzed. A brief insight into the United Nations guidelines for an energy-efficient industry was shown. Of the mentioned energy sources, solar collectors and photovoltaic panels energy generation was described in more detail. A lot of care were taken when considering solar power source because it is the only applicable method of energy generation in a shipyard. Potential application of previously mentioned systems was analyzed in two examples. In first example, we analyze energy consumption of an electric crane and calculate the required surface area for installation of the required photovoltaic modules. The second example deals with the heating of sanitary water, as well as calculation of the required surfaces for installation of solar panels. Finally, a technical-economic analysis was made in both cases. Return periods were obtained for individual investment types of 17.5 years or 13 years for the heating of sanitary water, which was more than expected.
