Abstract (Croatian)
No, proračun takvog tipa nije uvijek određen jednoznačnim teorijama i jednadžbama.
Abstract
Roller sheet shaping is one of the more complex technological feats in the shipbuilding process. The main objective of every technological process is to increase the usable value of the materials which are being processed. In order to achieve that, it is important to execute those technological processes in a high-quality manner, meaning as fast as possible with as little resource consumption as possible. In the interest of the mentioned above, it is necessary to conduct a mathematical calculation, while maintaining a high quality theoretical background. However, such calculations are not always definite. Uncertain trend of the stress-strain curve in the plastic region of the homonymous diagram is the reason for the mentioned ambiguity in the context of metal sheet shaping. For that reason, there are several theories on the shape of that curve, which is so crucial in comprehending the amount of torque, force and energy, i. e. resources needed for completing such a complex job. By using the standard Euler-Bernoulli bending theory, this Thesis compares three different models of plasticity curves. More specifically, it gives comparison between elastic ideally-plastic, elastic linear-plastic and an elastic nonlinear-plastic model. In the end, with accordance to the completed calculation, some significant conclusions were drawn regarding the quality of each plasticity model.
